Description
This is my first Deviation, so I thought I'd do something I love, Anthro! It's called 'Neon Mayhem' simply because of the alternate hair colour.
This was about a five hour drawing, it started off as just a mess about of Mayhem's head, then it evolved into a full upper-body picture!
